Privacy policy

Personal Mail Access is a private tool used only by its owner, on the owner's own Gmail mailboxes.

What it accesses

It uses the Gmail API with full mailbox permission (https://mail.google.com/), plus the basic profile information that identifies which mailbox is signed in. It also uses the Gmail settings permissions (gmail.settings.basic and gmail.settings.sharing). Together these allow reading, drafting, sending, changing and permanently deleting mail, and changing mailbox settings such as filters, forwarding, the vacation responder, delegates and send-as addresses. The tool acts only on the owner's own instructions.
